Aroma starts w/ candy and blueberries/currant. Red wine, red grapes. Vinous, delicately tart, full tannic. All classy. Slightly sweet. Vegetal end. Wild, moldy, leathery/dry. Lovely juice. Low-medium bodied, silky, mineral, crispy/spritzy. Rustic. Great.

Op herhaling. Volfruitig en bomvol bessen. Mooie combinatie van zuur en de fruitige zoetheid. Iets funk en alles mooi in balans.. alleen dat kleurtje al🤩 thanks Gerard, ook namens Hannie

En nogmaals op herhaling..... Om groentje Jorrit in te wijden in de wondere wereld van de lambiek.🤪 Blijft lekker deze Cantillon vol met rood fruit met een uitdagend zuurtje.

Super juicy, bit vinous, medium lactic acidity, Brett only a whiff in the finish. Clean. Reminds of buckthorn. Great carbonation.

Camerises assez goûteuses (pour des camerises!) avec un côté un peu vineux/tannique. Acidité citronnée et un peu astringente qui mène vers une finale longue et légèrement funky de fromage, de cuir et d'étable. Boisée, sèche. Excellent Lambic fruité!
