So good. An interesting sharpness that mellows as it opens up.

Pours a dark reddish purple color with a small off white head of foam. The aroma and flavor shows notes of blueberry, honeysuckle, tart wheat, funk, and old oak. Medium bodied with lively carb and a tart blueberry, honeysuckle finish. Damn good stuff.

Taster of kendra b.’s pour. Had the 2022 version a year ago. Flavor tastes raspberry-adjacent. This is great!

Beautiful ruby colour with pink foamy head... perfumy raspberry-like aroma ... smooth foamy sweet blackberry taste that quickly fades to tart pomegranate... mouthwatering finish... so complex... so good!

Big thanks to Lindo for getting me a glass before it kicked today. Magnificent aroma of dark stone fruit, drying sour fruity taste, but somehow also mouth watering. Great 3/4 way through the shift beer.

A nice surprise considering I haven't had a Cantillon in quite a while and that it was acquired locally. Interesting blueberry character with the usual tart and funk factor. Good stuff!

Wow, this was an amazing find while walking around Bruges. Saw it in an alley way and checked the bottle list and damn. It's the ideal Belgian bar - tiny, dark, a host of locals here at opening. Great list of Cantillon, 3f and many more. Perfect place
