Love raspberry lambic. Age seems to have added a bit more acidity here than I expected. Funk was a bit lower. Real solid but killing a 750 by myself was tough. Last 5 oz went slow.

Fles gedeeld met Maarten. Helder rood met een kleine roze schuimkraag. Geur is framboos, bessen. Smaak is zure framboos, redelijk scherp zuurtje in de afdronk. Heerlijk. Check in van zaterdag.

Apr 11th 375 bottle, these are finally showing there age. Acidity and some bitterness creeping in. Still tasty and fun to drink.

Enamel ripping tartness that is unlike the normal Cantillon funk. Sweet and tart and a jam like raspberry. Raspberry lemonade.

Opened up a bit acidic initially, but it got balanced after a while in the glass. Not much fruit left, but it was tart and drinkable.

Takes quite a while to open up. Not much funkiness but still decent fruit for a 8 yr old beer.

37.5, 2016 vs 2017: Still fruity but not as much as 2017, darker notes, very light caramel, malt. Hazier and less rose than 2017. Some cellar notes, leather, spices. Lemony sourness. Perfume notes developing after a while. This one is glorious.

BFLN Raspberry rockin with a nice oaky spin on the dial of funk. All together now sweet and tart fun .
