Super funky nose, opens into unusual berry mix with a hint of banana and lilac

Trying to stick to Cantillon or Dre Fonteinen since I don’t usually have those. A traditional lambic. It’s tart and dry but not as dry as the ones I have been drinking. I wouldn’t call a lambic crushable but this is pretty drinkable for a lambic.

Funk, citrus, dried fruit, white wine grape, oak nose. Funk, citrus, dried fruit, white wine grape, skins, aged hops. Light tartness, absolutely beautiful balance.

Slight funk but such a drinkable beer. Wonderful nuance. I get apricot notes.

Notes of apple, pineapple, hay. A bit softer and less floral than last years, but still excellent.

Abrikoosjes in het glas. Zuur en bitter. Droog ook. Hard en zacht tegelijk. Afdronk is zoetzuur met een spicy randje.

Lekker zuurtje maar ook wat zoet van abrikoos en perzik. Funky en iets floraal. Ook dit is wel weer een erg mooie van Cantillon...

Spiced hoppyness, a bit of apricot. Beautiful balance between sour and bitter. Very clean and refined. A bit ropey unfortunately. Doesn't affect the taste but feels different to pour.
