May 23 bottling. A tad wheaty for the minute but overall it’s juicy and a little hoppy and has yer Anderlecht funk in spades.

EB. Som sig bör, en Cantillon blir årets första öl. Borde kanske mogna lite, men redan en fest för gommen.

What an experience. First time at the brewery and even though I was a bit late in the day, it was still so nice. Got a selection as time wasn’t on my side. This was stunning. Just so drinkable, white wine taste, subtley tart, oaky too.

01AUG23 vs 2004. Den ferske ung, frisk, men likevel med en tydelig kompleks start. Mer champagnebrus enn grønne epler. Dempet sødme. Den gamle mer støvete, men kjellertonene forsvinner med luft. Mer kompleks, mer syrlig, uten at det er problematisk.

Yine yeşil meyve ile yapraksı notalar. Kükürtsü ama zevkli bir yan. Çok daha kompleks ve dengeli. Arkada hafif baharatsılık.Hafif beyaz şarap ile sirkemsilik. Damakta dengeli.Her düğmeye basıyor; karabiber ile daha ilginç baharatsılık.Şarapsılık.Çok iyi🍻
