Lovely. Deep lambic base, not much cherry left, still awesome

I was too busy enjoying this beer and life to write down tasting notes and check it in right away

Great for over 6 years old. No more sour than it was fresh. Lot of additional funk. Fruit faded some

December 28, 2015. Definitely wouldn’t miss this for doing laundry.

Not off like many of the bottles of this that I've had, nice fruit.

The vibrant cherry notes have muted but the quality and color are still there. Very nice. 4.3/5.

GW Bottle Share Beer #10. My share. Smell is leathery, gueuze funk, hint of berries. Wow, what a flavour. Sweet cherry, cola, strawberry, slightly grassy. Cherry hit but loads of stuff going on. Hint of honey? Pear? Quince? Exceptional, so close to 4.5.

Still superb. Might be a little more rounded and smooth after all these years.

Fin syre. Lang søt mot lett tørrende druestein. Nydelig.

Well helloooooooooo. Mega sharp sourness to make your tongue pucker up, followed by a nice round aged jammy sweetness. Welcome back to the pub 🍻

08Dec2015, 75cl. Faded cherry flesh, slight noyaux on top of mild acidity and a wispy body. Unknown cellar conditions. Showing some farty sulphur notes.

Lots of dark berries on the nose - cherry, raspberry, maybe strawberry. A bit woody. Reddish tawny. Tart. Dark fruits give sweetness followed by some drying tannins.

7 years in the cupboard, the cherry has faded a bit from the 2018, but the underlying lambic hasn’t developed the same layers that the 2012 and 2010 display. Probably the weakest of these 4.
