Upeaa funkkia ja viinille tyypillistä tuoksua (erottuu vaikka flunssa haittaa hieman). Maussa Barbera-rypäle tulee hyvin esille, joka ei haittaa ollenkaan. Lambicin happamuus yhdistyy hienosti rypäleen makuun. Maltillisen hapan. Hyvä suutuntuma/kuohu.

체리같은 톡톡튀는 베리향. 포도느낌도 살짝. 맛까지도 이 향이 그대로 쑥쑥 예쁘게 따라와주고 산미만 살짝 돌다 약간의 탄닌감으로 끝나는 맛도 좋음. 포도중에 단언 베스트. 진짜 예쁘게 깎아논 맛인느낌임. 온도가 오를수록 펑키함이 슬-슬 나올랑말랑...하는데 점점 더 좋을듯한 기대감. 4.6-7

Grape, blackberry, slightly tannic and quite woody. Kind of a midpoint of the other Cantillon red grape lambics tried over the last few days. Not quite the very approachable fruitiness of Piacere or dark and strongly tannic Signorina.
