4.35 very sour. I think I have palate fatigue at this point so maybe not the best judge of taste. Glad to have this at Moeder Lambic so I can save my 2017 bottle at home a while longer

Bierkoning Cantillon Tasting - Fruit is nog heel vers maar wat verder naar de achtergrond. Vind hem ontzettend zuur, beetje chloorachtig. Komt iets moutigs door als je goed ruikt.

Tart, just a bit acidic. Peach skin, hella funk, blue cheese. Basically what you expect from this style and fruit combo

Super dry, real tart, light apricot but pleasantly fruity. Lots of carb still.

This was really good. It lacks the typical apricot forwardness. Some honey and oak.

Nez qui pète l'abricot, très rond. En bouche l'acidité prend le dessus, abricot et funk en léger retrait mais toujours bien équilibré -par contre, c'est plus rond du tout. Finale douce, sur l'abricot. Très agréable, acidité peut-être trop marquée (au tap)

3 years in and the apricots in this beer are more like apricot jam and less like unripe apricots, like it was when the beer was fresh. Still insane levels of fruit, perfectly blended with the soft Cantillon funk. Great stuff!

Starting the 30th birthday beer shenanigans early. Good lambic is always slightly wasted on me and my hyper-sensitivity to lactobacillus. However, this Mikkeller parting gift definitely has a good complexity and strong but not overpowering apricot notes
