Really fruity nose, raspberry, currant, hard candy. Really great mouthfeel. Finishes a bit tart but I’m eating very powerful flavored food which is making it hard to tell just how tart it is.

2024.04.20. Ah.. the scent of poultry farms..! Covered by its wild funkiness the subtle and mild flavors of grapes could be found. Mildly sour, and rather more watery than the last batch. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium-bodied.

Seemed a little more vinous the last time I had this (a 2020 blend) but I have very few notes, from the farmy nose to that tart finish.

Aromas of astringency derived from Merlot spread mellowly. Mild on the palate, with a red wine-like astringency and acidity derived from Merlot spreading out, balanced by the acidity derived from wild yeast.

Almost flat. Red wine with loada of grapes. Dry and vinous. Pairs really well with meat.
