Très belle gueuze bien funky, pas trop de profil fruité par rapport à une plus récente et côté légèrement terreux. Final assez sèche

Superlekker; de 3F kelder komt er schoon uit, heel mooi in balans, heel vol, prachtige droge nasmaak.

Complete megablend vert at Thomas’s. Woody, smooth. Lemon zest is fading a bit and turning oxidized. Still excellent.

Of course somewhat oxidized, darker more copper colored, funky but the acidity is very mild and gave way to a round, almost honey like finish, with some pear and lemon zest.
