This has evolved beautifully in the bottle after almost 10 years. Horsey, farty, barnyardy, leathery, seasoning herbs and grassy. Massive flavors and depth. What a beer.

Cork popped out easy smoky bottle top. Carbonation soon went Acidity soothed down. Taste off fresh green apples. Very nice.

Creo que algo en la guarda no fue del todo bien. Noto un punto acético aqui dentro. Luego hay un punto amargo que me descuadra por completo.

Watered out green apple juice. Light yet sweet. Down rated from last time but still a wonderful beer.

Not nearly as funky as I thought it would be. Overall very nice though.

This one has a very similar profile, actually the consistency from vintage to vintage is striking. However, drier, less bitter than 2013, but not as fruity and honey like finish as 2009 and 2011.
