Аромат суше 2009, немного специфичный. Вкус насыщенный, опять же сильнее, чем 2009, очень сбалансированный. Отлично, мне нравится

Более живой и бодрый. Приятная горечь, нет сладости, ароматика сырно-ламбкиковая.

Looi veroudert, meer vineus karakter. Drinkt redelijk vlot, weinig co2. Blijft goed hangen

Grønt eple, astringent, te, nøtter. Lav syrlighet, lav karbonering, middels høy sødme.

This feels already much fresher, mouthfeel is fuller, very citric and zesty aromas, more acidity than the 2009 yet without being aggressive, similar smooth finish with a hint of peach, lemon zest and slight honey.

Beers like this is why we're staying at the hotel above this establishment :) All mega blends are different, but this is the oldest I've tried. Deep, round, complex, but not oily. Adding the yeast increases the sourness (though the clumps look bleaugh)

Lci. Het zoveelste oudje van de dag (verwend) en eentje die nog vrij "vers" is gebleven maar wel uiteraard met meer maturiteit. Beetje funk, droog, heel licht zuurtje en wat citrus. Nogmaals dank aan karel voor de flessen én de leerrijke babbel

Doing a side by side with the 2022. Difficult to parse what to attribute to age versus the differences in the blends’ constituents, but this one is quite flat and tamed. The acidic edge is all but gone. Some of the charm was worn off with the hard edges.
