Again, super interesting combination with the wine. This time the beer has a lot more wine influence, but it doesn’t work as well. IMO the wine character clashes a bit, and is a lot more harmonic in the wine. Still fantastic.

More like champagne than what I’m used to with Cantillon. Really good funk and very sessionable. Much better than others for people who aren’t big sour fans.

Lighter when doing a side-by-side with b1 even if I enjoyed a lot this taken alone. Lacks some lambic and wine-forward intensity. Surely good and vinous with tannic note but it is too light in this moment. Powerful grape mouthfeel and fine dryness. 4.20

B2 is less vinous, but great and comparable. They’re so young that there’s not much distinction IMO other than the amount of fruit used

Let krop og en mild tørhed inden sødmen slår til. Sødmen er ikke klam sød, men meget frugtet og dyb eftersmagen er sødlig inden den bliver sur og man får en meget blandet eftersmag. På en god måde dog

Matig zuur, lichte tannines en droogmakend, vineus, blauwe bes en aromatische.
