Na wat al geweest is bleef deze tam in smaken. Behoorlijk vlak. Na wat opwarmen/ademen kon hij zich eindelijk naast de rest plaatsen

Belle acidité, tension, mais excès aucunement, ça se boit très bien. Le tout est superbement équilibré, complexe, profondeur et élégant . Sinon superbe fruité, on est sur raisin rouge, cerise, framboise, fraise. Longue finale, certaine sensation tannique

Great food and lambic needs to be more of a thing in the UK. Loads of grape. Flavour is superb. The funk is superb. Now to walk off the food. Full. Cha. Cheers!

Mannnnn! Gros funk Cantillon au nez, avec des effluves vraiment fortes de raisins. En bouche surprenant peu acide, le raisin ressort en gros jus, avec une touche fumée en finale. Glorieuse, meme si pourrait être plus complexe. Gros merci Matthieu L. !!

Drogone was toen tijdens de tasting al niet mijn favoriet. Zou met meer body wellicht fantastisch kunnen zijn, maakt het nu net niet waar.

Légèrement acide mais relativement doux, bien fruité et une bonne longueur en bouche. Léger fout de cassis.
