Like field fresh strawberries. It’s tart and funky, and very dry. It is one of the cleanest lambics I’ve ever had.

Big aroma of fresh raspberries along with lemon and funk. Taste is filled with tart raspberries paired with acidity and light vinegar notes. A touch dry. Yesterday.
