用了義大利的莊園葡萄，同時喝了原廠葡萄酒跟啤酒，莊園的酒有水感的酒體跟明顯的單寧，略帶硫味，葡萄酒就普普，啤酒就好喝到飛起來，溫和的果香和甜味，厲害的酒。

Perfect grape nose - green, soft and somehow with some grassy touch. Taste is great - mild, though dry with a grape-sour touch - for once I really like a Cantillion

2020 vintage. Never loved this one. The 19 at Tour de GeuZe was better than the 18. First time trying this batch, I like the flavor over the nose. Getting some chem, cider, and phenols for aroma. Flavor is grape, wet wood, apple, and subtle loon funk

Soft in the way a silky oaked Chardonnay is…rich in the mouth. Slightly sweeter.

Maybe the best white wine-style lambic I've ever had. Grape pomace stayed in amphora for 6mo before meeting the 2yo lambic.

My favorite beer of the weekend, and this is probably the best bottle of the three. I need to get a few of these for the cellar. This and Scarabee are really amazing.

Dec 3, 2020 bottle. White grape juice finish. Tart, citrusy grape upfront with a light vinous character. Juicy throughout. A little barrel funk on the after taste. Great beer

Can’t rate this; someone is counterfeiting Cantillon??? No carbonation, pure grape and apple, not much lambic. Unlabelled cork. Tastes like an unpacked Chardonnay. There’s a bit of sulfur and a bit of acetic acid, but… not sure what to make of it
