Black currant, light cherry and earthy blackberry notes. Vinous. Fruity. Velvety Tannins. Medium tartness. Intense and complex pallet. A really great beer!

Amai werken is lastig! Blij deze eens te mogen drinken. Heel lekker, eerste indruk is krieken. Vineuze toetsen komen mooi naar boven na wat zuurstof.

4.40. “Pigeon” Raised in the semi-wild state, cooked in a casserole, horseradish base, foie gras cream, black cherry sauce and sautéed spinach. I don't like the pairing. The astringency and bitterness in the dish doesn't work with this beer.
