Couldn’t make it to zwanze this year but decided to still celebrate. This guy is excellent! Nice funk upfront, could definitly be aged for longer. Much more enjoyable than the regular bruoc I had a few months back

Intense aroma of sweet onions, champagne vinegar, kumquat, and pears. Flavor actually has a bit of sweet pear flavor and if bbq lambic sauce was a thing that I could indulge in as a king of a nation I would make it so.

tart green apple, not very vinegary. bit young? slightly acidic as it warms, then dry slightly bitter finish.

No millest me räägime, loomulikult super. Väga hea mahlasus, kamaluga mineraalsust, hape cantilloni kohta üllatavalt kõrge, kollased ploomid ja küpsed õunad, super keha. Väga mitmekülgne, tihe, heas tasakaalus. Super.

mahlane ja mineraalne, hea täidlus, aga bruocsellale omane flatness natuke häirib.

Flat Lambic Society special. Mineral. Salty. Cheese curd. Ripe yellow plums.

Personal import from Etre Gourmet Belgium. Incredible balance. Subtle funk. Very dry. Has an interesting citrus note followed by subtle sherbet. Glorious

Pleasant take on bruocsella. Don't get as much crazy blue cheese on this. More balanced oak, funk, minerality, and carb to lighten up the mouthfeel. Thanks Greg R.

괴즈냐? 아니다. 가볍다. 근데 복합적이면서 레이어가 삭삭삭 잘 부서진다. 마우스필부터 모든게 예술이다.

Classic Cantillon funk, a little bit of carbonation which makes it quite nice. Nice complexity and funkiness.

I believe glorious would be the proper word to use. It's that. Everything you want from a Gueuze. Dry, wisps of funk, but a clean, savory finish
