Vinous character. Red grapes and soft dry tannins, with a soft lambic sourness throughout. More complex than this review gives justice. Up there with the best of them this!

Damn. Red grape, berry, big on the eucalyptus Brett horsey quality. Slightly medicinal notes as it closes. Rich and mildly vinous body. Bomb.

7%, 2019. Duft av druestein, rød druesaft&vanilje. Smak av druestein, rødvin&noe selters. Smaker ikke optimalt etter søtsaker, men henter seg inn etter hvert.

4.4 - nose of grape must and seeds along with typical cantillon funk. Tart, vinous, lightly sweet - quite reminiscent of a typical red wine vinegar. Dry red wine finish.

Quand tu ouvres une Cantillon en ce qui me concerne, c’est plus que seulement boire une bière, c’est vivre un moment. C’est sec, le raisin est très goûteux et c’est bien équilibré. En souhaitant qu’il y aille plusieurs autres moments comme celui-ci.

Framboise et poivre, pas trop acide. Du corps. Légère rondeur. La finale de poivre est très agréable après le début framboise

Not sure of the year. Great colour with a very dry finish. Very flavoursome and great to see on draft in this part of the world
