Reminds me of cranberries, not too much of the signature Cantillon sourness, still pretty tasty

W sumie dosyć zachowawcze. Dużo soku winogronowego i to takiego bez tła. Trochę kwaśności, niskie wysycenie nie pomaga. Na końcu taka cierpkość, przechodząca w lekką, nieprzyjemną gorycz. 3.8

Taki niesłodzony cassis, po lekkim ogrzaniu wychodzi lekka jagodowa słodycz. Ogólnie dosyć taniczne, korkowe, nawet drewniane

Quite soft and smooth acidity, not as funky or dry as other Cantillon. A little sweet, the berry flavor is like blueberries with something herbal, very interesting, but a touch too delicate maybe.

Intressant bärval! Smakar något i häraden blåbär/svarta vinbär, dock utan den klassiska blåbärsfunken. Mellantjock bärton och nästan helt utan kolsyra. Yoghurtdrag i syran mer än vinäger. Lite kort i smaken, utan torra taniner.

👁 a deep ruby red. clear but very dark.👃🏻 slightly herbal with a touch of barnyard. 👄 berry, without sweetness. dry & tart but not puckering.

Never heard of honeyberries before, weird looking fruit. Deep rich fruit, sharp acidity flavours, good.

Sour, fruity like grape skin or unripe blueberry (sorry I never tasted the ‘blue fly honeysuckle’). A bit sweet, not reslly tart more pure vinegar sourness.

金曜に飲んだサンブルーとは結構印象違うなあ。どちらかというとすらっとしており、酸味の中にハニー的な甘やかさ。以前に飲んだサンブルーに近い印象。甘やかさは無かった気がするけど。
