I due anni di cantina si fanno sentire: Lambic pronunciato e citrico ben presente. Forse l’uva si sarebbe sentita di più in un Lamvinus fresco ma nel sorso prevalgono comunque sentori di ciliegia e frutti di bosco. Sempre un piacere.

Fraîche elle était vraiment acétique, carbonatation agressive. Meilleure en se réchauffant avec des notes de cerises, de fleurs, mais d’autres fois métalliques. Le fruit baisse et le funk tarde à venir, et dans ce clair-obscur surviennent les monstres

11/26/20 bottle. We much preferred the other Saint Lam that we got in this pack from the website, I think it was the same date so not sure what happened. Mild florals, rhubarb, tart funk, and cereal natural wine. Lacking the jam, and mouthfeel. 3.85

16. Like good red wine. Tannic. Grapes could be more intense.

Full on lambic w/ Merlot grapes 🍇. It has to warm to just the right temperature to pop. Quite a mature and well aged brew. It slowly grows on me. Lovely. Tart and the grapes are present, but not so wine like. Dry clean finish.
