The hype might’ve destroyed it a bit. A bit too round get the higher marks.

The usual raspberry blast, both in the nose and the palate. Fresh and thirst-quenching.

Più diretta che in bottiglia, più intensa nel lampone, forse un po’ giovane; sta di fatto che in ogni caso una Cantillon alla spina non va persa.

A lot of raspberry - consistent with a tart and slightly funky profile. Slightly hay/grassy. Decent.

My most sour Cantillon so far, to the point where it almost burned in the back of the throat. Some raspberry coming through right at the end.

375ml, bottled 21/02/19. Probably my least favourite of the core Cantillons. This was more tart, less jammy than previous bottles

Superbe robe grenat, attaque acide avec côté acidulé de la framboise, finale saline.

My least favorite Cantillon. Idk what it is this just doesn't hit for me. Very dry, a bit tannic, tart berries.

Doft av körsbär och ekfat. Syrlig smak med inslag av körsbär och ekfat i smaken, samt lingon. Smått sträv, torr och syrlig eftersmak med inslag av fatlagring, salt och körsbär.

Eerste keer ooit, maar deze heeft kurksmaak. Echt jammer want is anders fantastisch bier.

I don't think this one has survived the journey to Moscow that well. Some definite off flavours on first opening it.
