Funky, dirty tasting with some citrus. Good clarity and carb. Pleasant overall but not my favourite gueuze.

Un pò troppo giovane per i miei gusti. Acidità moderata. Bevuta come accompagnamento a cesene ripiene e polenta (impiattati di merda 😂)

At Stafford Woods yesterday. Was hoping this batch needed time since I picked up a case online a few years ago, but it’s still the same. Doesn’t taste like Cantillon Gueuze, but no off notes. Global warming is a bitch

Nice afternoon at Wild Workshop tasting Cantillon beers stored by GP since 2019. Thought this had become a little harsh since I first had it.
