Carb is off on this. Cork didn’t pop at all, and it’s almost completely still. It’s still tasty but I don’t think I’ve ever had an off bottle of gueuze from Cantillon before.

Bottled 21.10.2019. Next to no carbonation, no head. Seems to age like a Loerik. To retry 6 years.

I think this is it. Light, dry, musty and dusty with a lingering dry finish. Oaky and tannic, a little astringent, lemony, quite nice.

3 April. Fully body, classic cantillon. Malty, biscuity, old hops. Low in funk. Green apple, unripe fruit. Low carb. Faint biting acidity
