Great as well from the keg. Very delicate and refined grape lambic. 2020 vintage seems to be exceptional in the bottle as well as from the tap.

Fantastic stuff. Grape tannins, almost a grapefruit like tartness, smooth, a little oak as it warmed up more

Bonne fête Deds! Elle dit poivre noir pour celle là. Encore tout compris. Peu de wow au début car très froide. En se réchauffant ça va tellement mieux. Ça goûte vraiment le Olivier. Beau rouge de soif un peu piquant. Pas trop acide. 50$ hey. 😍

LCI. Proper Cantillon. Fruity, sour, sweet but not overly, a hint of funk and lovely colour.

Nose is insane. Both in the sense of smelling it a mile off, and the depth of musty funk. Overall flavour's actually fairly gentle, though impeccably balanced. Juicy (if lightly dry) red grapes with typically addictive Cantillon funky funk. Perfect carb.
