4Jul'17 bottling. Low/med funk, mild yet round acidity, apple skin and herbal/vegetal finish. No sulphur. Not sure I'd pick rhubarb to be the addition here if I was blinded, TBH. 🤷♂️

Lovely drink in a lovely spot! Fair whack of sulphur on the nose. Sweetness from the rhubarb but fruit isn’t the huge hit like when fresh. Banging though.

Syrlig typisk Cantillondoft, smaken syrlig, rätt fyllig med grapefrukttoner och jordkällare. Eftersmaken också syrlig med lätt smak av rabarber. Syrligheten ej för kraftig. Balanserad och läcker.

I remember having this fresh at Cantillon in 2017 at the brewery, and it was the only bottle we couldn't finish that day. Excessively Rhubarb with that "cat-litter" essence that I didn't like. It aged amazingly, with rhubarb complementing the funk. ⬆️4.35
