Syrlig, funky og bitter. Alle andre humletoner er borte. Ekstremt lik 2016 som den drikkes mot. God sak, men bedre ferskere.

Yesterday. Smell is old and cheesy, but on the palate it's pretty citrusy and fresh. Nice balance, but missing that characteristic old Lambic funk.

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : boisé, poussière, notes légèrement floral. Bouche : acidité bien balancé malgré l’âge, floral léger, boisé/vieillit bien présent. Longueur sur une petite note floral/houblons.

Bottles on February 20 2012. Aroma of dust, funk and some citrus. Elegant in taste with funk, earthy notes and a light citrus finish with some bitterness.
