Much needed after the last couple duds. Incredible as usual….wet cedar, horseblanket, Brussels funk, lemon, minerals, grapefruit, leather. Usually give this batch a 5, but 4.8 is perfect for this one.

Upfront Cantillon signature funkiness of Gueuze. Slightly fruity and grainy with a touch of lactic acid. Tastes of absolutely rounded tartness. Almost 12 years from the bottled date, I would say that this beer has aged perfectly and gracefully.

It's shocking how well this beer has held up after 13 years. In fact, it hasn't just held up, it is fantastic. So smooth and delicious.

Funky, slightly burnt rubbery nose with stonefruit. Taste is snooth, fubky with a slight lemon peel and stonefruit. Magnificent geuze!

4.6. Impressionnante de complexité. À la fin ça en devient limite trop. Vieux fromage, croûte, bois, cuir, côté herbacé. Soyeuse et carbonatation parfaite.

wow. Tack T-dog. Kunde inte önskat mig bättre. Trodde kanske mer men vilken skön jordig härligt syrlig känsla. Fortfarande tokigt gott och lyxigt galore.

Excellent. Definitely mellowed with age in a good way. Decent funk development along with hay, mineral spices apparent. Smooth body - best result of the age - made this one a delight to drink. 4.55
