Een echt plezier! Enorm lekkere druivenlambik, gemaakt met most van verschillende druiven. Doet denken aan orange wine. Beetje dat stringente van de tannines, citrus, sinaasappelschillen. Gaat perfect samen met de typische cantillon lambik.

Amazing depth of flavours. Vinous with some sweetness, citrus, slight vinegar and salinity. Natural wine funk.

Grapes in aroma, alongside some spiciness. Small head and a clear golden color. High carbo, low body where you can feel all those grapes. Going really smoothly, dry and tart.

Mocno winogronowe, znowu sporo nafty, ale tutaj rownoczesnie sporo stajni, dochodzi tez drewno i wanilia, pyszka, 4,3, s: nagazowane w koncu, ale bez przesady, w koncu sporo stajni, biale owocki miazdza, balans idealny, wchodzi jak woda, 4,4 overall.

Maybe some bottle variation but one of the most boring cantillon wine blends I've had. Maybe overshown that day but this was not memorable. One of the best label arts from cantillon though!

Op aanraden van Louis, kerel die we leren kennen in de bar. Dat zijn de mooiere ontmoetingen. Uit het niets, een samenzijn. Le Plaisir vat dit verhaal samen in een bier. Verrassend!

Quite an unusual beer. Spiced and mildly acidic. The spicy note really suggests curry flavour, but maybe I'm crazy.... Nice graos flavour and pleasant malt backbone. Not my favourite Cantillon, but pretty nice.
