22 avril Cantillon. Couvreur, out comme prévu. Aujourd’hui j’ai vraiment bondé avec Roberto. Il m’a demandé d’où je venais, j’ai dis Montréal, il a fait un approve nod. Goal! Sven D. 😂

Can't make a trip to Brussels these days without a trip here! Prices seem to have crept up a fair bit since the last couple of visits, gone are the days of €15 bottles. €25+ now. Definite dry white wine vibes from this one.

Really enjoying this beer, especially in a less disruptive / chaotic setting. Delicate and easy, lightly fruity, maybe lacking that next gear that Plaisir has but this still boasts lovely, casual drinkability.

4.3 - rotten apples, soap, grape skins. Sweet but watery. Dry sweet finish. Various stone fruits.

So good, tangerine marmalade, slightly funky, orange wine notes, really complex and well balanced, basically no acidity and very smooth, side-by-side with the wine
