LCI. Super light. Kind of funky, vinous for sure, and beautiful carbonation. Drinks almost like champagne.

Magical minerality, tons of soft grapes. Some interesting pineapple and peach aftertaste going on

Still not much to say about it, for my taste one of the best expression of a grape lambic: elegant, gently sour with a nice touch of minerality.

Beautiful beer, delicate grape, some tannins and the base shines.

Très sympa. Très frais, très équilibré. Le raisin s'exprime super. Belle longueur

Lovely. This needed some warming, but is such a gorgeous soft beautiful grape lambic.

If I could only rate this a 6/5. The wine was aggressive on the yeast and grape skin, but it the lambic mellowed out the grape pommace to perfection.

Zwanze Day Thessaloniki. Had it twice. White wine, citrus, funk with balanced and rounded mouthfeel. Dry aftertaste. I preferred it more than Drogone, Racine and Vin Santo. I'm not into wines though. ⬆️ 4.35

Zwanze Day @ Hoppy Pub: Tasted twice. White grapes, lemon on the nose. Mineral, funk in the taste except white grapes, tart enough, citrusy dry finish. Not a fan of white wines, but this was perhaps the most acceptable for my taste.

Full body, quite tarty and dry. Sour with full taste of white grapes.
