Lci. Delicious stone fruit, sour quince, white wine grape (not sure which varietals), yogurt young cheese and sausage lambic fermentation. Super complex but mostly just fruity-delish and tartly refreshing. One of the best lambics I’ve had.

Super nez bien funky avec des notes fût, attaque raisin blanc très marquée, c'est super bon. En finale c'est plus light, très gros potential a vieillir. Merci david t.

Interesting and complex lemonish and mineral aroma, dusty and hot stones. Better at nose than palate. Offers a monotone bouquet maybe, but it’s clean and thirst quenching. Nectarines. A bit salty, cut is incredibly fast with not so longlasting finish.

Light, fruity, sour, pretty tart. Honeylike sweetness, green grapes, lemony citrus. Some yeasty funk in the aftertaste. Smooth, not at all dry. Excellent.

De verwachtingen lagen toch wat hoger . Heel speciaal , moeilijk te plaatsen smaak . Combinatie tussen nectarines en druifjes

I take back my previous comments. This is the best mouthfeel from Cantillon by far. Tart grapes. Absolutely loving the grapes in this. Best grape beer I’ve ever had.

Doing some #whalehunting in Copenhagen. Sophia has all the right Cantillon lambic funk paired with white grapes and notes of pear and white stone fruits. Nuts!

Fruit grapes, good grapes, little dry/sour on finish, really really liking it. This and TWCP Continuance are best of the night. The Sophia wine was straight garbage

Tout en douceur, fine acidité, élégance et subtilité. Très beau fruité, netteté, sur raisisin blanc, melon miel et pêche. Dégusté en duo avec le vin sophia 2018. Le lien entre les deux est inexistant, aucun rapport.
