New label! Very nice beer. Sweet fruitiness with a great sour tartiness. What more could one want in a gueuze!?

OG FRIDAY 🙏🙏🙏 C'est une magnifique bouteille. Pas de funk/raifort, super frais et digeste. Beaucoup de caractère quand-même.

It's relatively tart but is quite the easy drinker. The initial flavours are juicy fruits, with green apple being the stand out. The finish is a complete contrast, consisting of dry wood and pepper.

Kleur: iets meer troebeler geel. Geur: appel, geel fruit, yeasty and funky. Smaak: tarty, citrustonen fijne mousse.

Mellow rich appley nose. Taste is crisp yet subtle, tart but but with lots of depth. A hint of green grape seed bitterness and oak. Very well composed. Also on that note, I fucking love Copenhagen! 🇩🇰

Should be the 2021 one...! On draft at the Zoon, this time this one is pretty good, the bitter note of the last had has disappeared, this time the beer is so centered, maybe needs a bit more intensity, but it's absolutely enjoyable. 4.4
