Een uitstekende basis 2-jaar oude lambiek, fluweelzacht en toch karaktervol. Daarboven een fijn kruidig-florale toets door dryhop. Is tweede plek ook een reden om een speciale cuvee te maken dit jaar? 🙃

LCI from yesterday. Very nice mineral backbone. Lots of citrusses in the taste. Still quite young blend. Definitely has a potential to age very nicely. Elegant and tasty beer.

Et bien perso j'ai l'impression que ces houblons anglais changent quelque chose !!! Un peu plus citronné au nez et en bouche également. Très content de redécouvrir CSG de la sorte. Beau travail
