Pleasantly surprised! The big difference between this one and the Gilloise is the type of hops used.. This one has Bramling Cross hops instead of Hallertau.. Nice bitter, hoppy and floral Lambic, well carbonated and slightly thick from the ropiness!

Fantastic label. Dry hopped lambik resulting in a special viscous texture, traditional hoppy notes and a very drinkable beer with mild sourness! Allez Champions!

375ml bottle on site. Dry hopped added some dryness to it. Not overly complex. Reminded me more of the Side Project dry hopped saisons than anything else. Grabbed a few 750ml bottles to age.

Good foam retention. Fresh, hoppy and tart, zesty and with plums aftertaste due to the dry hop addition (Bramling Cross, instead of traditionally used Hallertau in this Cuvée)

4.10 j’en ai rêvé cette nuit 😄 on est sur qlq chose de plus classique comparé aux autres Cantillon, comme la CSG, mais avec du bitter et du hoppy en plus tt en gardant la touche tart et citronné, une bière de soif 3* ;)
