Vollenbak abrikoos. Snoepachtig. Tannines.Blijft maar fruit afgeven, complexiteit van wilde gisting en vat zit achteraan de zachte zurigheid. Zit nog met redelijk wa flessen van deze vintage. Revisite later...

Favorite of the three. Not as sweet as the 2018. I thought more of the apricot came through. The proper balance between the two for me.

Har tidligere været oppe på 4.50, men denne gang fik jeg ikke helt samme oplevelse for some reason. Vi er tilbage på 4.25, men det skal ikke tage noget fra en lækker omgang abrikos 🍑

Słabiej niż 2020. Takie zwietrzałe nieco, ale nadal dobre. Wyższa kwaśność, nieco paląca. Owocki w smaku bardziej w tle.

역시 푸푼... 2020 보다는 정말 아주 살짝 아쉬움. 20은 화사한 살구와 펑키함이 잘 조화되어있다면 얘는 살구 과육과 너티한 씨앗느낌이 강함. 너티함이 특히 더 눈에 띔. 맛은 엄청 쥬시하고 좀 단맛이 강한 느낌도 있음.

Friday socialising beer 2: lots of apricot on the aroma and acidity actually implied as well. Taste is very acidic with no funk or complexity. Pretty much undrinkable. The company beat the drink for sure here.

I hate to say, this was the first disappointing Fou I've experienced. Overly acidic with less of the fleshy fruit of other batches.
