i do find CSG improved with age. i last had this one (bottled nov 2019) three years ago, and this is drinking beautifully now.

Œil : jaune/orangé, col fin. Nez : belle puissance, brett, léger citron. Bouche : équilibre, acidité modérée, léger fruité, touches de citron. Top !

Minerality with some funk and slightly hoppy. Some resin character is coming through as it warms up.

The cork was a hot mess; broke horizontally and vertically. Still a classic lambic. Great now and def great later.

Last month. Blind tasting. Hopping is lovely on this, blending well with the lambic, no bitterness clashing with the acidity. It's so floral, at first I wondered if it was something like Mamouche =) then I guessed Iris

Heerlijke toevoeging van de hallertau dryhop !! Volle bak funk in het aroma, in de smaak een halve boerderij, perzik en licht maar zeer aangenaam zuurtje. Licht wrange afdronk die zeer lang doorgaat. Topspul !!

Funky-Stinky, very fresh. Sehr flat, dadurch kommt eine Süße durch. Körper nicht zu komplex und nicht zu sauer. Ein entspanntes Canti mit nussigem Nachgeschmack.

Bien funky, le cuir, l'étable, on y est. Une acidité agressive au premier abord puis on s'y fait très bien, terreux, plutôt long et très bon.
