LCI. Some thought this was too acidic, I thought it was lovely. To each their own.

Getting a touch of acetic vinegar, but everything else about it is lovely. Grape comes out much more are the bottom of the bottle.

A little cold at the time of serving so a but more generic, but you start getting that older complexity and it brings out the tannins in a nice way.

This one was still in great shape! Last bit on photo is murky but first pour was clear. Balanced sour with tons of fruit. Awesome!

Nice funk balance with a touch of grape, perfect for the outdoor weather.

Doing some forgotten check ins from a Brussels visit while I can’t drink anything right now as my tastebuds are botched up again due to another covid case. Kinda shit. The beer sure wasn’t.

Heerlijk zacht, de Merlot druiven komen heel mooi erin terug. Klein zuurtje maar. Topper!

Ending my Fuck Brian Kelly January cellar celebration with a bang. Thank God that piece of shit is finally gone. Much more gueuze/barnyard funk than I remember. Nice dry tart finish. Grapes/wine character mellowed a lot. Definitely better with age.

Wonderful but I feel I aged this for too long. Much of the fruit character has dropped out. Next time I’ll drink it fresh.

Holy smokes this is way better than last time I had this. It doesn’t seem as tart and the grapes are like candy. So glad I have more of this vintage.

Marylie O. 🙏👌
