Acidité modérée, vinaigrée, gros raisin avec une bonne présence des tannins. Avec le dépôt au final c'est magique. Merci Thomas xoxo

LCI. Semi-hazy ruby pour with a thin pink-white head. Notes of mouldy oak barrel, sweet grapes, red wine, tannins, soft lambic funk. Good stuff.

Yesterday. Grapes, wet basement, and a gorgeous appearance. I think this one will be good for at least another 5 years, if not more. Not my favorite vintage, but still St Lam is St Lam.
