Hvidvinsdruer, citrus, mild funk, pære, æble cider og stenfrugt. Meget mild og lækker. En meget diskret og behagelig smagsoplevelse. Ikke nær så overvældende som nogle af cantillon's andre lambics. Suveræn øl

A lot more lively than 2018. Lemon, gooseberry, New Zealand grapes. Some oakiness. Very dry finish, really bright and immediate. Quality, but I just prefer the 2018 personally.

Miam!! Quel nez déjà : hyper épicé (poivres, clou de girofle, patchouli…), puis maîtrise globale avec dégustation voluptueuse, franche mais équilibrée, aigre et vineuse, mielleuse, biscuit fruité, fond sec épicé toujours et quasi braisé, danse gustative!

Dość grzeczny jak na wiek soczek winogronowy w aromacie, ale po wzięciu do usta pyszka lambik z nienachalną dzikością skórzaną, trochę sianowata, trochę jabłkowy, dość mocno wytrawny, nie przesadnie kwaśny, zero octu, no taki ideolo do chlania.

Absolut Flat. Special grapy, mild und reif. Traubensüße umhüllt angenehm. Klassische Weißwein Trockenheit am Gaumen. Wilder Abgang. Etwas erdig.

Je ne sais pas si c'est le moment mais elle était géniale ! Assez ronde, juste acide comme il faut, funk et boisée, avec une touche de miel ! Géniale !
