The taste is very balanced between the lambic and the grapes. Dry and intense.

Rather sweetish on the nose and very pleasant on the palate. An elegant and not too pronounced acidity. A good start on the second visit to Cantillon.

Delicious! Enjoy it much more than the old Gewurz bottle, though the process isn't the same. All you hope for here, not only juicy mellow white grape but the typical rose and litchee notes you get from this varietal as well, on top of funk and minerality

Sorry. Maar dit is de beste versie van de Gewurtz dat er is. De druif is zo mooi in balans met de lambiek,mooi zoete afdronk. Gewoon wow.

2Dec2020 bottle date. Tart and super bright. Great grape flavor, sweet aroma.
