Always the best. The freshest cherries and vivid Cantillon funk. But I think it wasn't the best bottle conditioned.

4.3 - lacking quite a bit on the nose. Medium acidity, some cherry pie but surprisingly low. Somewhat sharp and singular.

Big chewy, slightly cherries, soft funk, a little bit of acidity, soft cherries, lingering acid. Horse blanket. Absolutely amazing.

Good old balsamic vinegar. Dried olives, cherries and dried herbs. Lou Pepe never disappoints in bringing together acidity, sourness, funkiness and a long oxidised finish.

🎬 #83 - No Country for Old Men. Willekeurig koelergrijpsel. Vol met stof en schimmel. Dat zijn vaak de beste. Dit keer geen amandel maar harde, zure kersen.

4.55. Intensive cherry flavor. Very pure cherry at the same time the body is full and the structure is solid. Deep.

So good. Bucket list beer ticked off. Rich, ripe cherry flavour, with a suggestion of cinnamon. Almost thick body, with great carb. Nice balanced sourness, with almost no acidity. Really great!

Exceptionnelle. Du nez riche, puissant, impressionnant, à la finale gourmande, vanillée, épicée et généreuse, on déroule le fil de la complexité de la cerise, de la peau au clafoutis. Assez incroyable
