Had it once in 2017. Been after it since. My favourite beer of all time now I've had 2 different examples both equally perfect in every way.

Sitrende&fin duft av aprikos. Ekstremt fruktig men forfinet&passe skarp smak av tørkede aprikoser. Kledelige mengder velintegrert syre. Livlig mf. Utmerket balanse. En svært god årgang. 6%, T230821, T0=8.4C.

Seems to me that 12 August bottling is less acidic than 23 August. Just my two cents. Love this beer, it's great.

Great low to med sudz with apricots from front to back.Lingers on the tongue with no acid lil tart 👏👏

First glass which poured bright is one of the best glasses of beer I've ever had. Perfectly balanced acidity. Plenty of delicate yet jammy fruit. Simply stunning beer all round

Somewhat less sour but rich complex flavours including gorgeous apricots. Great mouthfeel. Champagne effervescence. Crème de la crème.

Fruitiest Fou Foune I’ve ever had. Bushels of apricot, sweet and slightly tart. Just a touch of Cantillon funk lingering in the background. This one is all about the fruit! Love “fresh” Fou Foune!!

So freaking delicious! Delicate fruit and acidity but nothing too strong a flavor or feel. Surprisingly doesn't have that strong distinctive Cantillon yeast flavor or nose. Thank you Mike and Tipples for the opportunity to buy and enjoy this!

Unsurprisingly absolutely gorgeous - beautiful refined lambic upfront with a finish like you’ve just eaten a fresh apricot. Hyped to all hell for a reason
