Overwhelming nose. Beautiful layered Lambic. Floral, hoppy, spicy. Funky, musty. Leather, horse/sweat, barn, hay. Delicious dryness. Minor sweetness. Elegant, classy, medium aggressiveness. Grainy base. Mineral, silky, crispy, spritzy. Monster. Just big.

Après tout ce sucre, ça envoie bien cette cuvée 2020 ! Nez funky un peu poussiéreux, claque acétique bactérienne en bouche pomme 🍏 blette, pêche 🍑 blanche sans sucre, grosse longueur

Ça faisait longtemps que je voulais la goûter, celle-ci ! Absolument pas déçu, bien au contraire 😅 Je la trouve très accessible, tout en étant suffisamment complexe pour plaire. Très, très bien

De complexiteit van de twee jaar oude lambiek is fenomenaal: volle smaak, diepe funk, een mooie laag pompelmoes-citrus in het zuurtje, dryhop zorgt voor een verfrissend maar subtiel bittertje in de afdronk.

Funky cheesey! Sitron, melkesyre, eik, strå, urter, aprikos, brøddeig, stikkelsbær, drue, og blomster. Passende farger i disse dager.

Revisiting. Funky with THAT typical Cantillon aroma. Fruity, super well balanced. I also blended some of it with Bottle Logic's Memory Systems (2022). Weird but good stuff 😂

This beer is so good. The hoppy nose, almost fruity aftertaste, delicious. Great carb at 2.75 years too

Gorgeous. Dry-hopping adds a nice aromatic bitterness to a very lightly funk base lambic. 2-3 years is my favorite age for these. (3 Jan 2020 bottling) Happy final Fall Back day.
