Wow this a punchy sherry barrel. Lots of vinous flavor and a lingering thick mouthfeep. Okay with vanilla tannins. Delivious

Oeil : orangé, col fin. Nez : boisé, fruits secs, notes de noix. Bouche : grosse puissance, boisé, fruits secs, noix, léger pommes vertes, acidité légère. Superbe !

More sherry character than some months ago, still subtle though. Delicate oxidative notes but nothing to see with LVEB, very different. I think I need to try it again with more time to let it open up and enjoy its full potential. More age too?

Honestly don't remember this much from Quintessence, one of the main reasons I'm not a big fan of big tastings anymore. Nothing like enjoy just one or a few beers in a sitting/day. Really enjoying this full bottle.
