Ceci est évidemment superbe. Légèrement terreuse. Plutôt acidulée, certes. Petite et charmante mousse. Fraîche. Excellente.

Boozy but tasty, rich, there's barrel, there's a beautiful acidity, there's spirit. Probably is way better bottled, but still pleasant to drink.

LC yesterday - 2018 - damn, this was superb out of the gate despite some initial concern it was too young. Classic Cantillon funk, with nice minerality, a touch of apple, mild sweetness, and a lovely presence of port; very quaffable but tried to not...

BFLN- cracking ghost 👻 whalez the night before Thanksgiving is always nice. Only slightly lemon zesty, but very smoothed and okay. More subdued and felt like it had many years on it. Lovely beer, very soft

2018. Basically an old funky geuze. Funky horsey deep orangey musty oaky minerally lambic goodness. The port is late and a touch sweet. I like it but I expected more barrel. Quite good though

Sunday sharer to myself is quick becoming a tradition. Brings back bitter sweet memories of being allowed to travel. Smooth as silk this. Classic Cantillon.

Checking in on this lovely bottle. Even in the short span of a year the port sweetness has started to integrate so well. Some slight funk appearing which adds to the whole package.

Split it with Keyur. What a great bottle. Sorry Tariem B., all the other bottles were gone and I don't think this is gonna last.

LCI @ WFG 2021.1, day 2. Interesting gueuze, it got all the characteristics of a regular one, but with some extra flavours on top. Seems more earthy, and some light grapeyness on there, while remaining dry. Plenty of wood, nice funk, bit leathery. Fun!

Bottled feb 2019. Unclear golden with some white foam. Shit man. Old oak barrel, drained with wet grain, hay, grapes, parmesan, cider. Tasty juice. Mild sour, good bitters. Great stuff.

Zwanze Day. Classic sweeter port, not as dry as typical but has a lot of leathery funk to it. Good lemony character lingers in the background, but the port adds a distinct sweetness and a bit of that fortified wine oxidation. Delicious. Medium body, carb.

Barrel. Vinous. Light sour. Soft in the mouth. Perfectly well balanced. Not super easy drinking for barrel notes but outstanding.
