Now obvs aged Iris is where it’s at, but this is also where it’s at. Has an orange peel vibe among the oak and light new leather funk. Mouthfeel is stunning. Big on the Loon Factory twang to finish. Glad I picked up a shit load on last visit.

Mooie funk en een heerlijke bitterheid. Citrus en een floraal karakter. Mooi droog in de finish. Heerlijk!!

Le houblons frais lui donne une teinte plus marquée que dans mes souvenirs. Il y a un coté finement tanique assez unique (probablement l’absence de froment) et une sécheresse impressionnante. Faussement fruitee, un jeu de saveurs surprenant

Very nice lambic. Sour. Malty. Sweet. Barrel. Dry. Fruity hops in the back. Very well balanced!
