Not sure I’ve had a Cantillon with this low acid before. Lightly minerality but tons of blackcurrant, berries and juiciness. A very atypical Cantillon, which is very good but not at all what you’d expect.

Super wine-y heavy on the grapes but close to no grape bitterness or tannins. Low sour factor. Almost close to a grape lemonade, but still amazing

Van delen word je rijker. Je geeft iemand een Blanc en krijgt prompt een Noir terug. Leuk om eens na elkaar te drinken. Deze is wat zoeter en ook wat droger.

A very full flavor journey. Sweetness up front, and tartness, then in the back end, it gets into more grapey territory straight off the bone.

Dark red/brown. Fruity, vinous, grapes in the nose and taste. Slightly earthy, not that sour, so smooth. Dangerously easy to drink.

Un délice, c'est assez plat et bien vineux. On a une impression de douceur par le fruit. Flex.

Also just insanely good. Served out of a jug as well. Very winey, but light and bright. Poured from a jug, so room temp but just lovely taste.

Red grape is front and center here; off dry, rather tannic, oaky, and slightly on the lighter side. Lambic takes the back seat, with a musty tangy oak and phenolic barnyardy yeastiness. Nicely nuanced, Cantillon knows how to make grape lambic!
