Sour, a bit tart. Green grapes, peach, funky, not very vinous, medium acidity. Smooth, excellent.

Pourquoi ne pas prendre une seconde bouteille prestigieuse? Un peu plus d'acidité que Vin Santo, mais un profil sucré vraiment intéressant. Un peu de pêche, d'abricot et de prune. Belle rondeur en bouche. Moins boisée que Vin Santo.
