El jetazo de la pimienta al principio se apodera de todo. Al cabo de unos tragos aparecen ya los cítricos. Muy potente, de esta hornada de Cantillon de las más redondas.

Peppers galore. What an awesome brew! Plenty of apples, like if baked apples were a savory instead of a sweet dish.

Huge pepper nose with floral notes. Flavour is floral, a lovely pepper character without crazy spice. It's very different and I'm liking it.

Smell incredibly strong of pepper. Flavour more nuanced with the lambic mixed in, much better than expected. Still happy I shared 6 ways.

Pretty funky. Smells like an essential oil. Intense bergamot flavor. Also got a nice peppery touch to it.

44/50. A pint of Zwanze, please! Subtle, black peppery, sour & tart. Slightly stone fruity w/ a hint of green apple & grapefruit zest.

Funk, hay, light pepper aromas, like a geuze with pepper. Medium light body. In mouth funk, subtle sourness, lemony, subtle pepper. Much better than expected

Bright floral pepper and citrus zest aroma; inviting. Mixed peppercorns, wood, hay, white grapefruit and tangy funk. Medium tart and body, light sweet. Pleasant, drying herbal pepper finish. Super easy and very nice.

Zwanze Day at Side Project. A lot of people weren't feeling the black pepper element on this, but I really enjoyed it. Would love to try this one again years down the road.

During Zwanze Day at the Hoppy Pub Thessaloniki. I'm not a huge fan of pepper and spices, but this was really interesting. The aroma was spicy and the pepper was pretty evident. It followed in taste but it was balanced with a herbal essence. Interesting.
